The World Stripped Bare is part-dramatised documentary film. It highlights an ongoing problem: the City of London financial centre is causing huge damage to our planet. This is occurring due to the nature of its major business: hiding wealth offshore. It exposes the British and foreign banks methods of dealing with their customers. It looks at the connection between arms, oil and gas, and deforestation and the City of London's major institutions. It also shows how the City is a law unto itself.
